W3: "A World Without Technology: A Blessing or a Curse?"
I could not believe that if one day I woke up, the world was without technology.
Technology has become an essential part of our life, it is a bridge that we use to communicate, work, travel, and entertain ourselves. If all technology suddenly disappeared, the world would plunge into chaos. It would be inconvenient, dangerous and a nightmare for everyone.
The world without technology makes people feel afraid and panic. Without technology, there would be no internet, no phones, and no electricity. Banks shut down, business collapsed, food supplies ran out, survival became more difficult. Without electricity, supermarkets, hospitals and water supplies failed to function. Transportation would also come to a standstill. People would be more stressed and struggle to survive in the world without technology.
Life would never be simple without technology.
Transportation would also be impacted. Cars, trains, and airplanes all rely on technology. Without them, people would have to walk or use animals for travel, it would affect people's movement more slowly and inefficiently.
Work would also suffer from this problem. Most of the jobs depend on computers and machines. Without it, industries such as finance, education, and healthcare would collapse. Factories would stop producing goods and hospitals would be unable to provide medical services for people. Farming would also become difficult without modern equipment, it will lead to food shortages.
People will lose their entertainment without technology. Watching television, playing video games and listening to music on digital platforms will change it to traditional activities. It would be reading books, staring at the sky and outdoor games. While this might bring people closer together, it will make people feel bored when it is repeated in their daily routine.
Honestly, I really can’t imagine my life without technology. As a student, I really rely on it for everything. It was part of my life for studying, socializing and entertainment. Without internet, I can’t do rese for my assignment, I can’t contacts my family members that are overseas or live far away from me, I can’t watch movies, listen to music and keep in touch with my friends. For my parents, their work was always rely to technology. Without it, they will lose their job and they will not have income to support our lives. Life would be more difficult, exhausting and stressful.
In conclusion, technology should be returned. It is not a convenience, it is a necessity to all of us. It keeps us connected, makes work easier and improves our quality of life.
Without technology, life will be worse. It is essential for humans to survive.
